Sil­ver Spurs pur­chased Boomer­nic on Sep­tem­ber 28, 2006 and on Decem­ber 2, 2006 we were hon­ored at the Futu­ri­ty in Okla­homa City to bring Boomer­nic into the are­na where Boomer­nic was for­mal­ly induct­ed into the Mil­lion Dol­lar Sire Club and received his Mil­lion Dol­lar Sire Award.

This was cer­tain­ly a proud day for us and a long over­due mile­stone for Boomer­nic. What made the Futu­ri­ty even more excit­ing for us was the fan­tas­tic show­ing Boomernic’s off­spring made at the Futu­ri­ty and the Cana­di­an Rein­ers Breed­ers Classic

At the 2011 NRHA Der­by Boomer­nic was induct­ed into the NRHA Hall of Fame, this was a proud moment for Sil­ver Spurs Equine, who, after the phe­nom­e­nal off­spring win­nings from Con­quis­ta­dor Whiz’s off­spring in 2010, become the only ranch to own and stand 2 Mil­lion Dol­lar Sires.
